Return Policy
ONLINE RETURNS:
We accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date for all orders of regularly priced clothing (unfortunately, no jewelry, accessories, books or clearance items can be returned). All returns must be in new condition with tags still attached.
Email us at info@casabellaclothingboutique.ca to start your return process. Completed return form must be included in the package.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless orders were not fulfilled correctly and/or there were damaged/defected products received.
Exchanges can only be done in store.
Refunds will be made within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned merchandise and will be credited back to the original payment method (this takes 5-10 business days).
